Terms and Conditions for Providing Transport Services by TAXI Rzeszów

    1. Scope of Services
      The company TAXI Rzeszów Adam Gałuszka, located at ul. Leska 11/6, 35-505 Rzeszów, NIP: 8133379899, hereinafter referred to as TAXI Rzeszów, provides transport services within the city of Rzeszów and surrounding areas, including airport transfers.
    2. Reservations
      Customers can book rides in advance by contacting us by phone, using the contact form, or via email. Scheduled orders can be canceled up to 20 minutes before the designated reservation time.
    3. Prices and Payments
      The price list is available on the website in the “Price List” section. Prices start at 9 PLN for the starting fee and 3.9 PLN per kilometer. We accept cash, card, Blik payments, and transfers for regular company collaborations. Invoices for services can be issued at the client’s request.
    4. Client Pickup Policy
      Pickup within the first taxi zone of Rzeszów is free. Pickup within the second zone is also free if the customer orders a taxi to the first zone. A surcharge applies only if the ride starts and ends in the second zone. In such cases, the surcharge is the amount indicated by the meter, starting from the second zone taxi sign.
    5. Client Obligations
      The client agrees to adhere to safety rules during the trip, including fastening the seatbelt, and to maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle. In the event of damage or soiling of the vehicle, the client is financially responsible for:

      • costs of returning the vehicle to its condition before the damage/soiling,
      • downtime fees for the time the vehicle cannot operate due to the need to remove damage or dirt.
    6. Company Liability
      TAXI Rzeszów Adam Gałuszka ensures that the vehicles used for transport have mandatory taxi liability insurance, which guarantees responsibility for the safety of passengers and their property in case of an accident.
    7. Advance Payment
      The driver may request an advance payment if the expected cost of the trip exceeds 200 PLN.
    8. Changes to the Terms
      TAXI Rzeszów Adam Gałuszka reserves the right to make changes to the terms. Changes will be published on the website in the “Terms and Conditions” section. The updated version of the terms becomes effective when published.
